Premise:

The nuclear arms threat is palpable and now more urgent than in the past. This threat has been overshadowed by the pandemic and by the critical urgency of the Climate Crisis. Vulnerabilities of cyber systems, erratic leaders and growing investment in the business of nuclear arms continues to expand the threat, ever closer and closer to midnight on the Doomsday Clock.

How can nongovernmental diplomacy help threat reduction?

How can we support the best new approaches in 2021 and beyond?
